The Red Casket Relay visited the farmers' market in Lindsay on July 23. About a dozen VOCO members handed out flyers and collected signatures on our latest petition. A good time was had by all.

     Then on July 30th we took the Red Casket to Bobcaygeon's "Midnight Madness", setting up outside the El Toro restaurant with our petition and newest flyer. That evening, 223 people signed our petition. Three things became quickly apparent:

• The City of Kawartha Lakes is not a fan favourite.
• Mayor Kelly is NOT well-thought-of.
• Dalton McGuinty is in BIG trouble because of his lie(s).

    Please start saving wine bottles (empty!). We will be starting a batch of wine to take to Queens Park for a wine and cheese party to let all political parties know that the fight isn't over.
